The Thalea String Quartet is pleased to be one of three finalists in the Frances Walton Competition.

Held annually in the spring, the Frances Walton Competition is a solo and ensemble competition for emerging classical musicians, ages 20-35, who live or study in one of the following six Western states: Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, Montana and Alaska.

Finalists will perform a series of mini-concerts all day long!
